Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments

SOFTKIT SRL strives to maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of IT consulting and digital services, refunds are handled under clearly defined conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Services not delivered according to the agreed scope

  • Billing errors or duplicate payments

  • Cancellation of services prior to commencement

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services already delivered or substantially completed

  • Custom, tailored, or consultancy-based services once work has begun

  • Delays caused by incomplete client information or third-party systems

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
