Services not delivered according to the agreed scope
Billing errors or duplicate payments
Cancellation of services prior to commencement
Non-Refundable Services
Services already delivered or substantially completed
Custom, tailored, or consultancy-based services once work has begun
Delays caused by incomplete client information or third-party systems
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
